Exceptional Dentistry raised the scale to safety standards to protect their patients and their employees. I felt very safe having Traci clean my teeth. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Traci reminds me how important good oral care is. The office front desk staff was friendly and helpful with all the new protocols. All went very smoothly. I like Exceptional Dentistry because I know I’m getting the best professional care.

New to Dubuque, I was referred to Exceptional Dentistry by a colleague after an embarrassing incident where I broke my tooth two days before some large public work events. Ted took me in and helped me with such urgency and care. I’ve been going there ever since. Their level of detail, advanced applications of dentistry, incredible scheduling communication and welcoming atmosphere has been consistent and paramount. Kristen is now my dentist, her and the whole staff continue the excellence this family strives to provide their clients. After years of cleanings and thankfully no more broken teeth (yet), I can say I’ve enjoyed every interaction I’ve had there.
