Our family uses Exceptional Dentistry and we always have a great experience. Their staff and all three dentists are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Our appointments are timely. The procedures and technology are up to date and make appointments comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend Exceptional Dentistry for anyone in the Tri-State Region.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with every staff member we came in contact with. I cannot recommend this office enough, even if you are nervous about going to the dentist the atmosphere and staff are so warm and inviting (as well as knowledgeable) that you will soon be put at ease.

We visited Dr Berning back in May for my 7 month old daughter to have her lip tie assed. After our consultation, it was found that she had a LT and also a TT. We sat down with Dr Berning for 45 minutes discussing everything prior to the correction. She answered all of our questions and assured us that everything would be fine. She made us feel very comfortable with the procedure when we were very nervous first time parents! The procedure was over in a matter of minutes and everything went great. We were given our own room afterwards, which I thought was really nice touch. Even the reception staff was great! We drove 2 1/2 hours from Wisconsin and would do it again in a heart beat. Thank you Dr Berning and staff. Madison is doing better than ever now!

We had an excellent experience with Exceptional Dentistry and Dr. Berning when we brought our four-month-old daughter to her for a laser revision of her lip and tongue ties. We actually traveled 2.5 hours to see Dr. Berning because she came so highly recommended, and she did not disappoint. Before we even had our appointment, I had communicated with Dr. Berning several times via email, and she answered my questions in a quick, friendly, and professional manner. Her office staff was kind and caring, and Dr. Berning spent at least a half an hour with us reviewing my daughter's symptoms and the procedure before actually doing it. We were not in the room for the very brief procedure due to laser safety protocol, but we were shown to a private family room with a couch to wait. Less than five minutes later our daughter was brought to us by Dr. Berning and we were given the space for as long as we needed to nurse and comfort her. I highly recommend Dr. Berning and her office for anyone needing to have a similar procedure done.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Ted Murray for many years. This staff has always provided us with outstanding dentistry in a friendly, comfortable, and spotlessly clean environment. And we now have the expertise of his two very knowledgeable daughters!
